What is the statement?

The statement is the complete record of everything that has happened in your Borderless Account. Every time money comes in, goes out, or moves between currencies inside your account, a new entry is added. It is the financial diary of your account. If you ever want to understand why your balance is what it is, or produce records for your accountant or auditor, the statement is where you go.

What each entry shows

Every statement entry contains:
  • Currency — which currency was affected (USDC, USDT, BTC, etc.)
  • Previous balance — your balance in that currency before this entry
  • Current balance — your balance in that currency after this entry
  • When — the exact date and time
Opening any entry shows its full detail, including the originating transaction — whether that is a Crossramp Checkout payment, a withdrawal, an onramp, an offramp, an exchange, or another operation — so you can always trace a balance movement back to what caused it.

Types of entries you will see

Entry typeWhat it means
Crossramp CheckoutA client paid your checkout link and funds were credited
WithdrawalYou sent money out to a wallet or bank account
OnrampAn onramp transaction settled into your account
OfframpAn offramp transaction was funded from your account
Exchange debitThe source currency debited in a conversion
Exchange creditThe target currency credited in a conversion
FeeA platform fee charged on a transaction

Filtering your statement

In the dashboard, you can filter the statement by date range and by entry type. This is useful when you need to look at only the payments received in a given month, or find a specific withdrawal.

Exporting for accounting

Click Export in the statement view to download a spreadsheet (CSV) of your transaction history. The export includes every column visible in the dashboard and can be opened directly in Excel or any accounting software.
Exports cover up to 90 days at a time. For longer periods, export in multiple batches — for example, one per quarter.

Reconciling a specific transaction

Every entry links to the originating transaction. If you need to trace a specific payment — for example, to confirm a client’s Crossramp Checkout arrived — you can search by date, amount, or entry type and open the detail view to see the full transaction record.
