Crossramp Checkout lets your customers pay in BRL via PIX and automatically converts the payment to cryptocurrency, credited to your Noxpay balance. You receive crypto; your customer pays with their everyday banking app. No bank account in Brazil required. No currency negotiation. Your client pays in Reais, you receive in USDT, USDC, or another supported currency.

Why this matters

Most businesses that operate internationally struggle to accept Brazilian payments. Opening a bank account in Brazil as a foreign entity is slow and bureaucratic. International wire transfers from Brazil are expensive. And Brazilian clients rarely have international cards. PIX is Brazil’s instant payment system — nearly every Brazilian adult uses it daily. It is instant, free for the sender, and works 24/7. Crossramp Checkout lets you accept PIX from anywhere in the world.

Typical use cases

  • E-commerce checkout (“pay with PIX, merchant receives USDT”)
  • In-person point of sale using a QR code
  • Donation pages and event ticketing
  • Freelancers and service providers billing Brazilian clients
  • SaaS businesses selling to Brazilian users
  • Any scenario where you want to accept BRL and settle in crypto

What your client experiences

Your client receives a link. When they open it, they see a payment page showing the amount due and a PIX QR code. Before the QR code is shown, they are asked for their Brazilian tax ID (CPF for individuals, CNPJ for businesses) — a regulatory requirement for every transaction. Once verified, they scan the QR code in their banking app exactly as they would any other PIX payment. They do not need a Noxpay account, a crypto wallet, or any technical knowledge.

No integration required

You do not need to write a single line of code to start accepting payments. Static checkout links can be created from the dashboard, shared as a URL or printed as a QR code, and reused indefinitely — each customer visit generates a fresh session automatically. When you are ready to automate, Noxpay’s API lets you create checkout sessions programmatically, pre-fill customer details, and receive webhook notifications at every stage.
PIX is Brazil’s official instant payment system, launched by the Brazilian Central Bank. It operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Over 150 million Brazilians use it regularly.
