What is a whitelist?
A whitelist is your personal list of approved destinations — the bank accounts and crypto wallets that your Noxpay account is allowed to send money to. Before Noxpay processes any withdrawal, the destination must appear on your whitelist. If you try to send to an address or account that is not listed, the transfer will be rejected. Why does this exist?
The whitelist is a security and compliance control. It protects your account in two ways: Security — Even if someone gained unauthorised access to your dashboard, they could not send money to an unknown destination. Every destination has to be explicitly approved by you first. Compliance — Financial regulations require that businesses know where their money is going. Pre-approving destinations is part of Noxpay’s anti-money laundering controls. What can you whitelist?
Crypto wallets — A wallet address on any of the supported blockchain networks (Ethereum, Polygon, Tron, BSC). You specify which currency that wallet should receive (USDC or USDT). Bank accounts — A Brazilian bank account for fiat withdrawals. You provide the account holder’s name and bank details. PIX keys — Pre-approved PIX keys for fiat withdrawals.PIX key whitelisting is currently available for select accounts only. Contact Noxpay if you need this enabled for your account.
How to add a destination
Navigate to Borderless Account → Whitelists → Add destination in the dashboard. Fill in the destination details and submit. Depending on your account configuration, new entries may require a confirmation step — for example, an email confirmation from you. Once approved, the destination appears in your whitelist and is available to select when you initiate a withdrawal.Whitelist entries cannot be removed once added. Review destination details carefully before submitting.
