What is a withdrawal?

A withdrawal is how you move money out of your Noxpay account to the outside world — either to a crypto wallet you control, or to a bank account. Before you can withdraw, the destination must be on your whitelist. This is a one-time setup per destination — once an address or bank account is approved, you can send to it as many times as you like.

How to make a withdrawal

1

Go to Withdrawals

Navigate to Borderless Account → Withdrawals in the dashboard and click New withdrawal.
2

Choose your destination

Select a destination from your approved whitelist. If the destination you want is not there yet, add it to your whitelist first.
3

Enter the amount

Type the amount you want to send. You can only send up to your available balance — the locked portion is not available for withdrawal.
4

Review and confirm

Noxpay shows you a summary: the destination, the amount, and any applicable fee. Confirm to initiate the transfer.
5

Track the status

Your withdrawal appears in the Withdrawals list with a live status. You will also receive a notification when it completes.

Withdrawal statuses

Once you confirm a withdrawal, it moves through a short lifecycle: Pending — Noxpay has received your request and is preparing the transfer. The amount is locked in your balance. Processing — The transfer has been sent. For crypto, this means the transaction has been broadcast to the blockchain. For bank transfers, it means the payment instruction has been issued to the bank. Completed — The funds have been delivered. For crypto, the on-chain transaction is confirmed. For bank transfers, the bank has confirmed receipt. The locked amount is fully debited from your account. Failed — The transfer could not be completed. The locked amount is returned to your available balance and no funds leave your account. You will see a reason for the failure in the transaction detail.

How long does it take?

DestinationTypical time
Crypto wallet5 to 30 minutes (depends on the blockchain network)
PIX (bank transfer)Up to 30 minutes
Wire / TED transfer1 to 2 business days

Can I cancel a withdrawal?

Once a withdrawal reaches Processing status, it cannot be cancelled. For crypto withdrawals, the transaction is already on the blockchain and is irreversible. For bank transfers, the payment instruction has already been sent. If you need to recover funds from a failed withdrawal, they are automatically returned to your available balance — no action is needed on your end.
Always double-check the destination before confirming. Crypto transfers to the wrong address cannot be reversed, and bank transfers to the wrong account can take days to recover.
